Authors presenting their work at the 15^th International Conference on Crystal Growth/13^th Conference on Vapor Growth and Epitaxy/ US Biennial Workshop on Organometallic Vapor Phase Epitaxy are welcome to submit a manuscript for consideration for publication in the conference proceedings. These proceedings will appear as a special issue of the Journal of Crystal Growth. Only work presented by a submitting author that is not published, in press, or submitted for publication elsewhere will be considered for publication. All manuscripts will be reviewed and acceptance of a paper (oral or a poster) for conference presentation does not guarantee inclusion in the proceeding.

The proceedings will accept manuscripts up to 6 printed journal pages for contributed presentations and 8 printed journal pages for invited talks. This is inclusive of all components of your manuscript such as the abstract, text, figures and references. As a rough guideline, 3 pages of a double-spaced manuscript is approximately 1 printed page. Please follow the guidelines for the authors available http://www.elsevier.com/wps/find/journaldescription.authors/505670/authorinstructions where instructions on the preferred formatting for the text, figures and graphical content is given. All submissions must be submitted through the journal website at http://ees.elsevier.com/crys .

When submitting your paper to the conference, it is vital that you indicate the article type: "Special Issue: ICCG-15" for the 15th International Conference on Crystal Growth conference submission; "Special Issue: BWOVPE 2007" for papers submitted to the US Biennial Workshop on Organometallic Vapor Phase Epitaxy.

The deadline for submissions is August 12, 2007. Late submissions will not be accepted.
