Registration

Regular Registration fee is $665 ($765 after July 1, 2009) and includes one copy of the conference proceedings and one ticket to the Tuesday night banquet.

Student Registration fee is $250 ($350 after July 1, 2009) and does not include a copy of the proceedings book nor a banquet ticket.
